About Me

By profession, I am a techie from India and passionate about reading & writing, technology is my first love, however, at the same time I like to focus on my health as well because without good health you cant perform well in any of your chosen areas this is what I believe.

I am here to share my views and thoughts globally with like-minded people to exchange knowledge so that we can make an Informative world. The problems and the solutions are two parts of the same coin and it's not completed if anything is missing.

I always try to segregate everything at two-level, it can be personal or professional.

Personal can be related to our health, wealth, success, happiness, relationship.

Professional can be related to our job, carrier, business, it entirely belongs to our earning process.

The problem can be anything but I believe it belongs to any of the above two. I always try to figure out first, what is the problem and which category it falls into. Then accordingly I spend my time fixing it.

For example a few months back, I was diagnosed with fatty liver grade-1 and a high colostral issue which was causing some unusual marks on both sides of my eyes. I instantly figured out that this problem falls into my personal category as its health issue. I immediately googled for cause and consequences, searched for the best available doctors for prescriptions. I started my treatment with the doctor's advice and parallelly started some diet and exercise and focus on my daily lifestyle.

Collect some information and consequences about your problem is always good. Because it gives you the motivation to keep walking towards your path for success. The goal can be anything like health, business, money but the important thing is your Focus.

After 4 months, followed by a moderate diet, moderate exercise, and medicines prescribed by the doctor, I was in great health. both problems have now almost gone.

Have you noticed the word 'moderate' on the above para?

Most of the time we set high expectations with ourselves without concerning our body's inner voice. and this is where all problems start and unknowingly we prepare to fail.

Remember one thing, Consistency is the mother of mastery and things always work in a compounding manner.

Don't set high goals- Start with 5 pushups instead of 20, jog for 10 min instead of 30, strat 5 mins walk instead of 20-30. I love consistency. I always set min steps for everything, depend on the mood and energy level because every day is different someday you feel great sometimes good, and sometimes low.  I always perform minimum steps of my exercise routine whatever is the situation except for extreme emergencies.

Always start with small and let your mind and body accept it and evolve it into a rhythm. Once the rhythm is set you will be on fire and no one can stop you, believe me.

It may take 20 days, 30 days, or 2 months. Don't push yourself too hard. just enjoy your everyday session and feel confident and proud of yourself. Remember it's not a short-term activity, you are going to develop lifelong habits, so don't be in hurry, let your mind and body have to be addicted to this daily routine. Always listen to your body.

Remember,  Problems are a part of life and we can't avoid it, what we can do is to learn how to effectively handle the situation, this is what most successful people did that why they are successful because they always focus on solutions to problems than the problem itself.

I have handled many problems this way and ready for upcoming unwanted events.

So please comment on what current problem you are facing. We will work together to fix it.
